Donate to Make a Difference

Your contribution will help cover costs of pharmaceuticals, dental care, optical care and/or hospital procedures for your neighbors without health insurance whose household incomes are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Financial Gift Options – 100 percent of your donation goes to support the work of five Access Coalitions serving all 15 counties in the Upper Peninsula. Access Coalitions and UPHAC are 501( c ) (3) nonprofit organizations so your financial contributions are tax deductible to the full extent provided by law. (UPHAC’s Michigan Charitable Solicitation License # MICS 37262.)
